Refund policy

If any items in your order have been received damaged or opened, please let us know within 5 days of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item alongside your packing slip using the Contact Us section.  If you would like to be refunded the total cost of the product, including any shipping costs will be refunded. Terms and conditions apply.

Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 5 days of the receipt of your items. We cannot accept partial refunds for items that were purchased as part of a set or bundle. 

Processing time for refunds are within 30 days of the items being received at our warehouse. You can use your return tracking number to confirm if they have been received successfully. The items will be checked and verified and then the refund will be initiated to the original form of payment.

After a refund has been processed from our end, it can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. After this period if you have still not received your refund please let us know using the CONTACT US section.
