The Founder

Cathy Sammy...wife, mother, philanthropist, born and raised in St. Lucia, West Indies. A former beauty queen and model, Cathy's interest in skincare and makeup was sparked by years of trial and error in search of remedies for her acne, hyperpigmentation and texture. 

Since having her daughter, she was motivated by a desire to create something that works for her rich melanin skin. Her personal experiences led her to create a beauty brand that has a modern take on age old Caribbean beauty secrets with natural ingredients specifically for melanin skin. Her inspiration stems from the beauty of Caribbean people, the islands and natural resources.
